Asthma CAN Be Controlled

If you have ever heard the wheezing of a person in the middle of an asthma attack you will never forget it. It is the sound of the fight for life.

But wheezing is not the only symptom of asthma. There could be coughing that lasts more than a week, chest tightness, excess mucous or shortness of breath.

We don't know why one person gets asthma and another doesn't. We do know that heredity plays some role . And we do know that airways of people with asthma become narrow and supersensitive to triggers.

We also know that it can happen at any age .but it can be controlled.
